Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions and workflows. Configure and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, permissions, and web parts. Create forms and automate processes using Power Automate, PowerApps, and SharePoint Designer. Work with business teams to gather requirements, understand needs, and develop appropriate SharePoint-based solutions. Support migration projects from legacy systems to SharePoint Online or newer versions. Manage user permissions and security groups within SharePoint. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors if needed. Maintain documentation related to configurations, customizations, processes, and procedures. Provide training and support to end users as necessary. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure SharePoint aligns with overall digital workplace strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate (Flow), PowerApps, and Power BI (basic reporting). Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs. Solid understanding of SharePoint permissions model and governance best practices. Experience with integrating SharePoint with external data sources (e.g., SQL Server, other APIs). Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and broader Office 365 ecosystem. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with ShareGate, Metalogix, or other SharePoint migration tools. Basic experience with Azure services related to SharePoint (e.g., Azure AD, Logic Apps). Certification in Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-600, MS-900) is a plus.
