Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Azure , Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) , FinOps , DevOps , and enterprise architecture (TOGAF) . This role also requires strong programming and automation skills, experience in large-scale IT transformation , and the ability to define the future strategy for IT infrastructure . Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure . Lead the deployment and management of Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) clusters. Prepare comprehensive design documentation , including: High-Level Design (HLD) Low-Level Design (LLD) Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) Drive FinOps practices to ensure cloud cost transparency, accountability, and optimization. Collaborate with DevOps teams to build CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps. Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Groovy, .NET, or PowerShell . Define and execute the future strategy for IT infrastructure , aligning with business goals and emerging technologies. Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Apply TOGAF principles to ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards. Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance tuning. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance across cloud and infrastructure teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with a strong focus on Azure and ARO . Hands-on experience with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) . Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language: Python, Groovy, .NET, or PowerShell . Strong understanding of FinOps principles and cloud financial management. Experience in automation of infrastructure, operations, and deployments. Demonstrated success in large-scale IT transformation and modernization projects. Experience in preparing HLD, LLD, and technical design documentation . TOGAF certification or equivalent experience in enterprise architecture. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. FinOps Certified Practitioner. Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud strategies (AWS, GCP). Familiarity with GitOps and container security best practices.

The Senior Virtualization and Compute Engineer is primarily responsible for the overall health and maintenance of virtualization and compute products in our managed services customer's environments. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for complex technical events and critical incidents requiring expert intervention. Manage daily administration and operational support of core infrastructure, with a focus on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), NSX, and VMware Aria suite. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve virtualization and compute platform issues. Perform deep root cause analysis and develop workarounds or permanent solutions to maintain business continuity. Gather, define, and document infrastructure and application requirements by working closely with developers, business systems teams, stakeholders, and external consultants. Maintain a stable, secure, and well-documented infrastructure aligned with industry best practices. Ensure the integrity, availability, and continuity of systems supporting enterprise IT operations. Pursue continuous learning through assigned training and certifications to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices. Education and Experience 10+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise Virtualization technologies. Must-have : Proven expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Strong hands-on experience with NSX (network virtualization and security) Proficiency with VMware Aria for cloud automation and operations Experience managing VMware hypervisors in large-scale environments. Familiarity with storage platforms like Pure and NetApp is advantageous. Hands-on experience with performance and monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, or Elastic. Scripting knowledge using PowerShell and PowerCLI preferred. Operating system proficiency in Windows and Linux environments. Experience with backup solutions like Commvault is a plus. Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS) by setting up secure data protection mechanisms such as encryption, data masking, and logging. Develop strategies for cloud threat detection and incident response using AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, and CloudTrail. Cloud Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud usage and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency using tools like AWS Cost Explorer, Trusted Advisor, and Auto Scaling. Implement cloud financial management practices such as resource tagging, budget alerts, and cost analysis. Data & Analytics: Implement data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time streaming data architectures using AWS Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, and Athena to support data-driven decision-making.
