Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Specialist located in Gurugram. The Client Specialist will ensure excellent customer service, manage client interactions, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and experience. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions to enhance the customer journey.
