-Comfortable initiating conversations through cold calling and in-person approaches
-Builds and nurtures meaningful client relationships over time
- Understands core financial concepts and lending solutions
-Effective in communication written, verbal and presentation
-Proficient in MS Office and handling business communication across teams and stakeholders
- Identify and engage MSME clients for financial solutions
-Lead client meetings and understand funding needs
-Coordinate between clients and directors for seamless deal flow
-Collect required financial documents for processing
- Build a strong referral network of bankers and CAs
-Understand client operations to tailor effective proposals
- Graduate or MBA in Finance
- Experience in financial sales
- Open to other backgrounds
