Responding to Instagram DMs, Facebook comments, WhatsApp messages, and customer calls promptly and professionally. Assisting customers with order inquiries, product details, shipping information, and return/exchange requests. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on pending queries. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Sharing feedback from customers with the marketing and product teams for improvement. Ensuring a polite, friendly, and brand-aligned tone in all communications.
