Role Description

We’re hiring a Client & Operations Manager who will play a central role in leading client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of services and tech projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes full ownership of work, and can manage multiple teams and clients simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and utilize operational data
• Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills to manage client relationships and address queries
• Operations Management expertise to oversee day-to-day functions
• High accountability and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing, Project Handling, or Operations
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Education, IT, or related fields
