Client Coordinator + Admin

As a Client Coordinator and Administrator for our Japanese clients, you will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient communication and support between clients in Gurgaon, onshore teams, and internal departments. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, and maintaining client records to personalize interactions effectively. You will be expected to excel in client handling, possess excellent communication skills in English, and have prior experience in international client coordination. While knowledge of the Japanese language is not mandatory, an understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette will be beneficial. Your role will involve organizing client meetings, gathering feedback, and fostering strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. In addition to client interaction, this position will require you to perform administrative tasks such as invoicing and maintaining CRM software. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and exhibit a friendly demeanor will be essential for success in this role.
