Role: Business Growth Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and goal-driven individual who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential partners (schools, coaching centers, institutions), and driving revenue growth for our platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels
• Pitch our platform to schools, coaching centers, and individual users
• Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to decision-makers
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and outreach
• Track performance and meet monthly growth targets

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior sales or outreach experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
