Client Acquisition Executive Location: Ahmedabad (Local candidates preferred) Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: Work from Office Schedule: 6 Days a Week | Day Shift About Trakky.in Trakky.in is a fast-growing beauty and wellness platform that connects customers with top salons and spas across cities. We help businesses grow digitally and simplify how users discover and book services. If you're passionate about client interaction and business growth, this is your chance to be part of something impactful. Role Overview We are looking for motivated Client Acquisition Executives to expand our network of partnered salons and spas. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, educating them about Trakky, understanding their needs, and helping them get listed on the platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to the platform’s growth. Key Responsibilities Reach out to salon and spa owners through outbound calls and lead follow-ups. Present and pitch Trakky’s benefits for improving their customer reach and digital presence. Convert leads into platform registrations (free and premium). Schedule appointments or demos with the onboarding/sales team. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients. Maintain proper records of interactions, lead status, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Identify upselling opportunities and convey value-added services. Candidate Requirements Based in Ahmedabad (mandatory for in-office role). Minimum 1 year of experience in client acquisition, business development, telecalling, or inside sales preferred. Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
