What would you do Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing creation/designImplement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships. Includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.
What are we looking for Client Engagement & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, leading requirement-gathering workshops and translating business objectives into actionable technical solutions. Establish operational processes, manage timelines, conduct trainings, and drive alignment through regular status meetings and performance reviews.Technical Ownership & Solution DesignLead the design and implementation of Adobe Campaign solutions, including data ingestion, segmentation, personalization logic, and cross-channel workflow automation. Oversee integrations with platforms such as AEM, Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics, while ensuring adherence to data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Adobe Campaign Certified
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, leading requirement-gathering workshops and translating business objectives into actionable technical solutions. Establish operational processes, manage timelines, conduct trainings, and drive alignment through regular status meetings and performance reviews.Technical Ownership & Solution DesignLead the design and implementation of Adobe Campaign solutions, including data ingestion, segmentation, personalization logic, and cross-channel workflow automation. Oversee integrations with platforms such as AEM, Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics, while ensuring adherence to data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Campaign Execution & OptimizationManage end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring timely execution, brand compliance, and accuracy. Build recurring and triggered campaigns, implement A/B and multivariate testing, define campaign KPIs, and lead optimization efforts based on analytics, engagement metrics, and client inputs.Team & Process LeadershipProvide technical guidance to campaign developers, QA analysts, and reporting teams. Define and uphold coding standards, promote reusable components and automation, and conduct training sessions and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across projects.Operational GovernanceMonitor SLAs, track delivery performance, and manage incident resolution to ensure high availability of campaign systems. Maintain campaign assets and documentation, collaborate with internal IT and data teams, and proactively address risks related to deliverability, scalability, and performance.
