Client Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Gurugram

Qualification / Responsibilities

• Engineering degree or similar with a minimum of 4-10 years of relevant sales experience selling IOT,KVM or AV solutions (at least one)
• Industry experience across any two of these verticals is required — Government and Defense, Military, Mining, Broadcast, Data Centers, Utility or Retail, Transportation
• Proven success driving consistent revenue growth year-over-year
• Solid track record of managing and leading best-in-class sales teams
• Related experience in Northern India markets is required.
• Deep understanding of IoT technologies, platforms, and applications across various industries (e.g., industrial IoT, smart cities, connected devices).
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Having experience in arranging PoC/demo in individual capacity will be an added advantage.
