The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant industry experience in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or project leadership, with a strong technical background in Salesforce. Candidates with roles such as Salesforce Technical Architect, Salesforce Solution Architect, or Salesforce Business Analyst are encouraged to apply, especially those with a proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
