About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Instill a safe healthy learning culture where students actively collaborate and take ownership of the program 2. Ensure all outcomes for the program are met in all assigned schools 3. Conduct career guidance classroom sessions in government and low-income private schools following the proprietary curriculum designed by Antarang 4. Build professional relationships with school principals teachers and program coordinators 5. Work with parents to ensure guidance and support for students 6. Individually counsel students on their careers 7. Conduct student assessments 8. Maintain regular records of student attendance and submit the sessions data timely 9. Resolve individual student queries or doubts 10. Actively participate in the learning activities arranged periodically 11. Give and receive periodic feedback about the program student assessments and operations to relevant teams Requirements: 1. Be a graduate or pursuing graduation in any field with a keen interest in the education sector 2. Show passion for working with youth, especially those from a lower-economic background 3. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability along with openness to perspective integrity and the ability to work and problem-solve independently 4. Be flexible and willing to travel within the city for in-person sessions 5. Commit 4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week for at least a year 6. Be proficient in English and Hindi 7.
