Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in civil engineering - Train students in theoretical and practical aspects - Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress - Provide feedback and guidance to students to improve their performance - Stay updated with industry developments and incorporate them into training programs - Collaborate with other trainers to develop and implement training strategies Requirements: - BTech in Civil Engineering - 0-2 years of experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs - Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts and principles Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
