We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work progress aligns with project plans and specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Ensure that all materials used and work performed comply with quality and safety standards. Prepare and maintain site reports, checklists, and documentation. Assist in planning and coordinating construction activities, including scheduling and resource allocation. Manage site labor and ensure efficient workforce deployment. Conduct site inspections and identify potential risks, delays, or quality issues. Ensure health and safety protocols are strictly followed on site.
