Job Description

Job Title:

Project Supervision & Execution:

Oversee construction of
bridges, buildings, WTP/STP, and special structures
.
Ensure work aligns with
approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
.
Monitor daily progress and resolve on-site issues.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with
IS codes, safety norms (OSHA/BIS), and quality standards
.
Implement
QC/QA checks
for RCC, steel structures, and finishing works.

Coordination & Reporting:

Liaise with
contractors, architects, and consultants
for smooth execution.
Prepare
daily reports, material logs, and progress updates
for management.

Technical & Design Support:

Review
structural drawings, BOQ, and technical documents
.
Assist in
design modifications, site surveys, and material approvals
.

Resource Management:

Track
material usage, manpower efficiency, and equipment deployment
.
Minimize wastage and ensure cost-effective execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with extra experience considered).
Experience:
5-6 years in
building/infrastructure projects
(bridges, treatment plants, etc.).
Software Skills:
AutoCAD, MS Project, STAAD Pro (preferred).
Certifications:
OSHA/ISO training is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication.

Preferred Background:

Worked with
construction firms, PWD, or Smart City projects
.
Experience in
government/private infrastructure projects
.
