Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of civil engineering projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.

Role & responsibilities

• Preparing site material quantity and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Individually Manage Site Execution as per Drawings with strong knowledge of executing civil, interior landscape works.
• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Should be capable of handling 2- 3 individual project execution with minimal guidance, have a good working knowledge of current materials, prices, able to work on check BOQ & attend regular site client meetings.
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Assignments require independent action decision-making as well as the ability to work with others.
• Complete the work as per scheduled deadline
• Preferred candidate profile
• Civil site Execution Knowledge & Residential building experience would be advantage
• Bike and kannada mandatory

Requirements:

• · Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• · Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations..
• · Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• · Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• · Site-based experience is preferred.
