Role & responsibilities Conduct day-to-day inspections of civil activities like reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, etc. Ensure works conform to approved drawings and specifications. Maintain QA/QC records including checklists, cube test reports, pour cards, material approvals. Support preparation of internal and external quality audit documentation. Ensure materials received are as per specification and approved sources. Conduct visual and field tests for materials like cement, aggregates, sand, etc. Coordinate with project execution, design, and vendor QC teams. Provide timely feedback and raise quality observations proactively. Support during third-party inspections and client quality reviews. Ensure construction activities are in line with IS codes, project specs, and QA/QC procedures. Ensure all activities under his/her control and supervision are compliant with all the laws of land and statutory requirement. Conduct all operation of function, ensuring social responsibility and accountabilities by following the company guideline of the same. Be responsible for ethical operation under his control. Be responsible for prevention, detection and reporting of bribery and other forms of corruption including breach of code of conduct and other company regulation. Avoid all such activity that could lead to or imply breach of code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption etc. Formulate safety policies and procedures Conduct risk timely assessments. Train all employees in your health and safety procedures. Conduct frequent safety inspections and checks. Understand & educate the importance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). FQP Engineer Qualification : B.tech/Diploma- Civil Job Responsibility: • Overall responsible for quality work of entire project • preparing Monthly Quality Report • Ensuring the QA of foundation works, Regular site inspection and issued NCR if non-compliance of the activity as per given FQP • Prepared Root cause analysis, CAPA and issued closure report of NCR. • Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations and other QA/QC documents. • Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes. • Worked as a QA/QC Engineer for construction of the transmission line • Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
