Urgent Hiring: Civil Foreman/Supervisor (Industrial Projects)

We are urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Foreman/Supervisor for our large-scale industrial construction project in Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented leader with strong technical expertise in supervising civil works, specifically for industrial environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Industrial Site Supervision:

  Lead and manage the daily execution of all civil works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project schedules for an industrial plant.
• Manage and allocate daily tasks to skilled and unskilled labour, including carpenters, steel fixers, and masons, ensuring high productivity and safety.

• Shuttering & Formwork for Industrial Structures:

• Supervise the erection and dismantling of formwork for heavy industrial structures, including machine foundations, trenches, pits, equipment bases, and retaining walls.
• Ensure formwork is robust, aligned correctly, and can withstand heavy concrete loads common in industrial construction.

• Heavy Reinforcement Works:

• Interpret complex Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and structural drawings for heavily reinforced sections.
• Oversee the cutting, bending, and placement of steel reinforcement, ensuring strict adherence to designs for foundations and superstructures.

• Specialized Industrial Finishing:

• Supervise the laying and finishing of high-strength industrial flooring, such as

  VDF (Vacuum Dewatered Flooring) / Tremix flooring

• Oversee the application of specialized coatings like epoxy flooring where required.
• Manage blockwork and plastering for ancillary buildings, control rooms, and utility areas, ensuring precise lines and levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  8+ years of hands-on experience as a Civil Foreman or Supervisor.

• Mandatory Experience:

  Must have proven experience working on

  industrial projects

  such as factories, manufacturing plants, warehouses, or processing units.

• Education:

  10 Th,Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Certificate (Civil / Construction) is strongly preferred.

• Location:

  Candidates from Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) or those willing to relocate will be given preference.
