Role Summary We are seeking a Junior Civil Engineer and a Civil Engineer to support on-site construction and execution. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing engineering plans, monitoring site activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with contractors and vendors. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards. Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct inspections and checks to maintain high construction quality and compliance with engineering standards. Material & Resource Management: Assist in tracking material usage, inventory management, and coordinating with vendors for timely supply. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with contractors, consultants, and other site personnel to ensure seamless workflow. Technical Support: Assist in execution of structural and finishing works, reading technical drawings, and providing on-ground solutions. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain site records, prepare daily progress reports, and document work done. Safety & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to site safety regulations and best practices to minimize risks. Job Specification B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2 to 5 years of on-site experience in residential or high-end real estate projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools. Understanding of safety regulations and quality control measures.
