Civil Engineer and 3D Visualiser

Design Veda is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering to join our team in Modinagar, Ghaziabad. As a Civil Engineer at Design Veda, you will play a crucial role in supporting our multidisciplinary team across design and execution phases. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate structural working drawings, coordinating MEP drawings for execution, supervising on-site construction work, conducting cost estimation, managing BOQs and tender documentation, as well as collaborating with architects, consultants, and contractors for project delivery. The ideal candidate for this position must hold a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering, demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting tools, possess experience in civil drafting, detailing, and site execution, exhibit strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management, and have effective communication and coordination skills. Diploma holders are not eligible for this position. The salary range for this role is between 15,000 to 18,000 per month, based on experience and negotiable. Design Veda is also looking to hire a 3D Visualizer with at least 12 years of experience in Architectural Design & Visualization. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating realistic 3D visualizations for client presentations, working closely with the design team, utilizing tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, etc., and applying best practices in lighting, texturing, rendering, and composition. The ideal 3D Visualizer should have a strong command of 3D modeling and rendering software, hold a degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, and possess a strong sense of aesthetics, detailing, and spatial visualization. The salary range for this position is between 20,000 to 23,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
