Civil Construction Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Site Construction Management:

  Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordination & Communication:

  Coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain seamless execution.

• Project Planning & Control:

  Involve in budgeting, estimation, scheduling, execution, progress tracking, and documentation of construction activities.

• Quality & Safety Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement site safety protocols as per regulatory and organizational norms.

• Meetings & Reporting:

  Organize and manage daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings. Prepare and present detailed progress reports and presentations to clients and management.

• Technical Execution:

  Hands-on experience with a wide range of construction tasks including:
• RCC works
  
• Painting & flooring
  
• Structure fabrication & installation
  
• Foundation & sheeting
  
• PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) works
  
• Plumbing & piping
  
• QRS doors, partition walls, backfilling, etc.
  

• Design & Clash Coordination:

  Provide design inputs, participate in design reviews, and resolve clashes across various disciplines.

• Quantity Surveying & Billing:

  Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and contractor/vendor running bills.

• Value Engineering:

  Identify and implement improvements to reduce time and cost while enhancing quality.

• Client Updates:

  Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding site updates and project progress.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  and construction management tools
• Strong understanding of site

  construction methodologies and practices

• Excellent

  technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Solid knowledge of

  construction safety standards

• Good communication and team coordination skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
  
• Proven experience in similar construction project roles
  
• Familiarity with industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
  
• Strong technical acumen and leadership skills
