Maintain knowledge of modern maintenance techniques, machinery, processes and equipment related to services and recommend the best possible / optimum systems to be implemented so as to enhance the effectiveness of MEP services. Coordinate with internal team, consultants, contractors for execution of the MEP works and troubleshooting of hurdles / problems, if any to ensure that the project is not delayed and ensuring that the MEP works are carried out as per standards and in accordance with the Project timelines. Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical with 5 - 8 years experience as MEP professional for a construction company Competencies: Should have knowledge of complete construction process and their methodologies Having experience of working in under construction High rise buildings
