JD: L2 (UCCE/PCCE Engineer)
Should have good experience on Cisco UCCE/PCCE Contact Center Solution.
Hands on experience in troubleshooting contact center components (ICM, CUIC, CVP, PG’s, Finesse).
Hands on experience in Telephony components (CUCM, Gateway configurations)
Hands on experience in Verint (AQM/CR) will be a added advantage.
Knowledge/working experience on Windows Server and SQL Database server
Experience with ICM scripting utilizing Script Editor.
Understand UCCE Database Schema and ability to use queries against the databases.
Hands on experience on Incident & Change management process.
Good understanding on ITIL process.
Work with OEM for escalated cases.
Good Team player and provide periodical knowledge transfer to teams.
Should have good verbal and written communication.
