Role & responsibilities Role Description: Should possess hands-on CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM functional expertise on more than one area of either electric, gas or water utility in Billing, Rates Configurations, Payments, Credit & collection, Meter Data acquisition, VEE Groups/Rules, Usage measurement, Aggregation and calculations, etc. Should be able to understand business requirements in detail and design, implement, and provide solution on different business processes with focus on out of the box solution. Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to lead workshops, demos and ability to not only document business process but also should be able to recommend new methods and automation opportunities for efficient business operation. Should have understanding of de-regulated and regulated market environment and related tariff scenarios, meter to cash process, market EDI transaction lifecycle etc. Should understand fundamentals of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) to guide the overall solution development. Knowledge of other utility products built on OUAF platform such as SOM, ODM, NMS, SGG, MWM, WAM, OUCSS, OUBI is a plus. In-depth Knowledge of OUAF, database structure and technical knowledge is a plus. Oracle Utilities Certifications in Oracle Utilities product suite would be an advantage. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Minimum Experience of 6 years in either Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), Meter Data Management (MDM) or Customer Cloud Service (CCS) with experience in end-to-end implementations. Proven track record with CIS implementation engagements (At least 2 CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM implementation). Should be able to engage with client, delivery team and other stakeholders across different geographies and to gather or clarify detailed user stories/requirements. The Customer Implementation Services (CIS) Team at Dynamic Yield, a Mastercard company, is responsible for implementing and testing Mastercard products and services with financial institutions globally. We ensure seamless electronic payments by systemically synchronizing financial institutions with Mastercard's messaging. This role is crucial for supporting our customers through new Mastercard releases and their own system changes, guaranteeing accurate vetting of customer network interfaces for financial payment processing. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Specialist, Implementation, you will: End-to-End Project Management: Manage the entire project execution lifecycle for all types of implementation projects with external customers, particularly in the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa Region. Customer Consultation: Independently assess and document customer needs, guide and consult customers through established implementation processes, rules, specifications, and required documentation until project closure. Multi-Project Management: Effectively manage a high number of multiple projects in parallel. In-depth Testing: Utilize available tools and resources to conduct thorough testing of data elements, network configurations, and interfaces to ensure precise vetting of customer systems for financial payments and consumer-tailored services. Escalation Management: Handle customer escalations completely autonomously. Process Improvement: Lead and drive new initiatives and opportunities that bring positive, innovative, and significant impacts to customer delivery, contributing to regional improvements. Production Readiness: Drive testing for production readiness, identify areas needing additional testing, and suggest improvements for greater efficiency. All About You Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business, or equivalent work experience. Project & Testing Skills: Strong project management and testing skills with best-in-class priority setting. Payments Knowledge: Advanced understanding of payment systems, Mastercard products & services, and how our business operates, including implementation processes and product strategy. Technical Acumen: Technically savvy, comfortable with current and emerging technologies. Capable of troubleshooting technical issues efficiently and translating complex technical matters into simple, business-friendly terms. Integration Understanding: Understanding of Webservices, API Integration patterns, and ISO standards for client onboarding. Mobile Payments (Plus): Any mobile payment background processing or hands-on experience with APIs used for authentication, authorization, or business functions is a significant plus. Communication & Presentation: Solid communication and presentation skills, capable of presenting autonomously to the customer delivery team and senior management. Possess a strong sense of ownership and urgency, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and a thoughtful, results-driven risk-taking mindset.
