Job Title: Area Sales Manager / Circle Manager Department: Sales Location: Kanpur, Meerut, Moradabad Work Mode : Field Work + Open to Travel Education: Graduate (Diploma Holders can also apply) Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager / Circle Manager to lead channel development and franchisee onboarding efforts across assigned regions. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sales, channel/franchise development, and onboarding retailers in industries like Mobile Handsets, Consumer Electronics, Durables, or Laptops. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Target Achievement Achieve and exceed retailer onboarding and sales targets for the assigned circle. Prepare and execute state-wise sales plans including store selection, target planning, rollout timelines, stock forecasting, and inventory management. Monitor and manage sales performance across onboarded stores. Partner Management & Retention Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners/franchisees. Address partner concerns, grievances, and ensure high satisfaction and retention. Act as a communication bridge between management and partners. Market Research & Strategy Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Identify new market opportunities and recommend locations for store expansion. Analyze sales data to drive growth strategies. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Graduate; Postgraduate or professional degree preferred. - Experience: Minimum 5 years in channel/franchisee development or retailer onboarding in Mobile Handsets, Consumer Electronics, Durables, or related sectors. Total 8+ years of experience preferred for senior profiles. - Mandatory Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Channel development and relationship building Sales planning and execution Data analysis and forecasting Leadership and team management Ability to work under deadlines and multitask
