Sales & Target Achievement Achieve and exceed retailer onboarding and sales targets for the assigned circle. Prepare and execute state-wise sales plans including store selection, target planning, rollout timelines, stock forecasting, and inventory management. Monitor and manage sales performance across onboarded stores.
Partner Management & Retention Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners/franchisees. Address partner concerns, grievances, and ensure high satisfaction and retention. Act as a communication bridge between management and partners.
Market Research & Strategy Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Identify new market opportunities and recommend locations for store expansion. Analyze sales data to drive growth strategies.
- Education: Graduate; Postgraduate or professional degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in channel/franchisee development or retailer onboarding in Mobile Handsets, Consumer Electronics, Durables, or related sectors. Total 8+ years of experience preferred for senior profiles.
