Job Duties: • Credit recommending and sanctioning authority, responsible for analysis of loans as per the Policy Manual • Accountable for the credit quality of the loan underwritten and portfolio, including the due diligence, of the portfolio included in their markets. • Ensuring accurate and appropriate analysis of applicant's credentials, including financial analysis & various associated financial ratios for credit decision, as per the Policy Manual. • Responsible for initiating personal Discussion before recommending proposal besides recording all the factual events/observations/discussions to facilitate credit decision by the sanctioning authority • Preparing and monitoring system related MIS and data updating for the requirement of the administration of the loans as per the Loan Policy Manual. • Being the first person verifying the post disbursement documentation completion and compliance of all conditions including the sanction terms and conditions stipulated on deals. • Visits to outstation branches/units as per the instructions of the competent authority in relation to the matters connected with Credit Appraisal/PD/Sanction matters. Required Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate and function professionally with all levels of personnel and Business partners across the organization • Excellent customer contact skills; comfortable asking questions/ interviewing customers about their financial situation • Able to take full ownership of issues until they are completely resolved • Attention to detail • Good observation and listening skills Education Qualification: Candidate should have completed Graduation - Prefer local candidate only.

Create strong partnership with the key stakeholders I.e. business to understand the business perspective for better deliverable. Drive team and self to achieve allocated KRAs in terms of recruitment, TATs for completion of HR Formalities. Actively identifies gaps, propose and implement changes in line with business goals and requirements. Achieve the recruitment targets through timely, cost effective solutions Ensure a healthy mix of recruitment. Responsible for identifying and empaneling Consultants, Relationship Management with the consultants, local training Institutes, Referrals Schemes, Boost Walk Ins, Job Portals usage etc. for sourcing candidates. Screening and documentation for candidates. Responsible for on-boarding and completion of the joining formalities of the new joinees and assigning them to the respective departments Ensure percolation and implementation of Organizational policies. Orient and educate managers and employees about the company policies and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across the location. MIS (daily hiring tracker, CIBIL SAS, online joining, push back cases, calling tracker) as required by Corporate HR and business. Co-ordinate with the Training Manager for the new joinees Induction Training. Have in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Execute initiatives initiated by Corporate Team / Senior Management Loyalty Awards, Hall of fame facilitation etc. Execute Senior Management Directives. Addressing queries from business related to ESIC, PF, Salary, Exit, Mediclaim and ensure timely resolution. Key Responsibility: In-depth knowledge of employee life cycle and understanding of business. Adopting cost effective way of hiring. Plan and execute perfect combination of sourcing mix as per the region. Relationship Building with all internal and external stakeholders. Timely implementation and execution of organization policies, procedures, legal and compliance, educate all stakeholders on the same. Maintain and update all required MISs. Execute senior Management Directives. Train and upgrade Regional HR Team time to time.
