Key Responsibilities Handle visa applications for non-immigrant categories including Schengen, USA, Canada, UK, China, and Southeast Asian countries. Advise clients on required documents, application procedures, and travel regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies and embassy/consulate updates. Coordinate with clients and embassies to ensure timely processing. Provide accurate and timely follow-up and support during the application process. Required Skills Hands-on experience in processing tourist and business visa applications for the mentioned countries. Strong knowledge of global geography and familiarity with international travel destinations. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written for client interaction and documentation. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a travel agency or visa consultancy firm. Working knowledge of travel software or visa application portals is a plus.
