The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key customer accounts, handling technical sales processes, and leading improvement initiatives in the sales function. Key Responsibilities Consistently meet sales targets through strategic planning and execution Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities Maintain and build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions Collaborate with technical teams to prepare customer-specific proposals Oversee project execution and delivery aligned with quality standards Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with internal policies Train, mentor, and support junior sales team members Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events Handle tendering and government (GeM) portal operations Desired Profile Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Marketing (preferred) Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar sales role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware Experience in selling industrial products or capital equipment preferred Basic understanding of tendering & GeM portal processes
