Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Pharma Strategy team as Chief Of Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in Refex Group.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive pharma strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and challenges.
Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on key initiatives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with pharma strategy implementation.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of Refex Group operations and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with senior leadership teams to develop and implement strategic plans.
