RVS iGlobal is currentlylooking for a competent Human Resource Manager (which can lead to a Head ofHuman Resources role) who will be directly responsible for overseeing allaspects of Human Resources practices and processes. HR Manager is the go-toperson for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager dutieswill involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employeerelations, performance management, training, development, and talentmanagement. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, payroll, recruitment, performance management, training,employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
The ideal candidate should be a committed professionalwith self-learning skills and an eye for a detailed approach.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
  • Apply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
  • Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them.
  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
  • Implement learning and development policy.
  • Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
  • Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.
  • Work with appropriate parties on reward strategy.
  • Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
  • Support the recruitment process \u2013 this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
  • Carry out new starter inductions.
  • Manage talent and succession planning.
  • Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
  • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
  • Support change management processes.
  • Active on jobs portals like Naukri, Indeed etc.
  • Develop contacts with local and regional education institutions and get more internships and graduate jobs in RVS.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

    Requirements
    • Experience Min 1 Year.
    • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills,and ethical mindset.
    • Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
    • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems.
    • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
    • Understandingof Statutory compliances such as Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance Corporation,Labour Welfare Fund, and Labour Law.
    • Training anddevelopment skills.
    • Recruitment,Selection, Joining Formalities and HR Exit Formalities.
    • HR Reportingskills.
    • Attendance Records of employees.
    • People oriented and results-driven.
    • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
