Chief Learning Officer- E-Learning

As the Chief Learning Officer at our global leader in online AI and coding education for kids and teens aged 6-17, your mission will be to inspire students to fall in love with AI & coding. In this senior leadership role, you will drive innovation in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and student outcomes across all programs. We are seeking an experienced VP of Learning Experience with a strong background in education, modern learning science, and technologies, and a passion for shaping the future of K-12 coding and AI education. Your key responsibilities will include defining and executing the learning vision, aligning with advancements in pedagogy, coding, and AI education for young learners. You will oversee the design and continuous improvement of curriculum across all grade levels, introduce new, future-ready learning tracks, and leverage the latest in AI and learning platforms to deliver personalized, interactive, and outcome-driven learning experiences. Additionally, you will lead teacher training and certification programs to ensure world-class instruction quality, set high benchmarks for student progress through rigorous assessments and data-driven improvements, and collaborate with academic institutions, edtech platforms, and industry experts to strengthen our educational offerings. You will also represent our brand at conferences, media events, and thought leadership forums. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in K-12 or online education, with a focus on instructional design and pedagogy, a proven track record in building or scaling high-impact learning programs, and familiarity with educational products and platforms. Experience with coding education, AI-based learning tools, or curriculum strategy at scale is a bonus. Internally, you will lead the curriculum design team for AI, Coding, and Math, oversee teacher training & delivery to maintain high standards, and set up a standards rubric for teacher hiring across all levels.
