Key Responsibilities:
Develop long-term financial goals, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify financial risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
Ensure the business has enough liquidity and manages investments, loans, and fundraising.
Monitor company spending and identify areas for savings or efficiency.
Communicate with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.
Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making for the CEO and board.
