Chief Finance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a minimum of 3-5 years in a CFO role
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of financial management, investment banking, and strong proficiency in Zoho Books for managing financial operations A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a significant plus Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, and analysis Lead budgeting and forecasting activities while ensuring the companys financial goals are met Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement long-term financial strategies Manage investment banking relationships and ensure capital structure optimization Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards Supervise and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient operations Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a CFO role or similar leadership position Strong knowledge of Zoho Books or similar software for financial management Proven experience in investment banking and financial analysis Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills #finance #
