Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test new polymer products and processes
- Improve existing polymer products and processes
- Develop and optimize polymer production processes
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of processes
- Conduct experiments and simulations to understand polymer behavior
- Develop and test new polymer formulations and applications
- Scale up laboratory processes to commercial production
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth commercialization
- Ensure polymer products meet quality and performance standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
