Develop new recipes, menus, and specials that showcase Indian & Chinese flavors and ingredients. •Source high-quality ingredients, manage inventory, and minimize waste. Prepare dishes to high standards, ensuring presentation, flavor, and aroma meet expectations. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Work with other chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and food preparation. •Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to ensure high standards. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to regulations and guidelines. Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, experimenting with new ingredients and techniques to innovate Indian cuisine.
