In close relations with: • Atos Infrastructure Operations Team • Incident Manager • Problem Manager • Service Delivery Manager • CMDB Manager • Change Manager • End User Duties: • Maintain the network infrastructure: Incident resolution, problem resolution • Troubleshooting, co-ordination with third party suppliers as well as with the central IT department of the customer • Advises the project team and ECTL in areas such as capacity management • Contingency planning, environment planning, configuration management and other relevant tasks related to the role • Design and implement network solutions • Maintains the relevant documents/manuals describing the network infrastructure • Provides input for incidents/problems/defects post closure analysis to the incident/problem manager and/or the technical team leader • Provides input or organize regular knowledge transfer sessions Working Conditions • Work shifts of 8 hours covering the time range between 7-19 from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required when overtime is exceptionally needed/ standby duty Employment and technical requirements • (At least 5 years of professional experience in the specific domains as described below) • Switching and routing engineer (Cisco Nexus 9k, catalyst, VRFs and OSPF Routing) • Wireless LAN controller (cisco) • 802.1x / Cisco ISE • Firewall engineer (checkpoint) • Pulse secure SSL VPN (plus) • Load-balancer F5 (plus) • IPAM, DNS, Proxy and ServiceNow knowledge (plus) • Cisco Meraki experience and skills • Aruba • Access Points provisioning APM/AFM/ASM setup and implementation and for current and new environments - Troubleshooting issues related modules: APM, AFM, ASM - Developing new authentication solutions based on APM module - Building new environments on external hypervisors (VMWare etc.) - Building new environments on F5 hosts/VCMP guests - Building new-environments on F5 hardware appliacnes - Developing configuration standards - related to naming convention, security settings etc. - Developing scripts for collecting data/reports from device - Hardware refresh projects – from planning phase, through new device setup to migration and CMO status Firewall Activities. Advanced trobuleshooting including debugging, core dumps Device node rebuild in case of failure or RMA Adding or removing virtual firewalls (Check Point VS, SRX LSYS, Fortigate VDOM, Cisco Context) Creating whole new physical firewall setups - both single and cluster Device hardware refresh Check Point exclusively - create, manage and troubleshoot Maestro setups, including single and dual site Check Point exclusively - administer, trobuleshoot and upgrade MDS and SMS management platforms Check Point exclusively - managing through API Kindly share me the updated resume to shaik.noorani@atos.net with below details : Exp : Rel.Exp : Current CTC : Expected CTC : Notice Period :
