Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the
subject matter expert
for the chatbot platform and its capabilities.
Design and develop
Python and Groovy-based integrations
to connect virtual agents with internal systems.
Contribute to all phases of the
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
.
Develop and implement
Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
and drive their adoption across teams.
Translate business and customer needs into functional, scalable chatbot solutions.
Enhance platform utilities and tools that support chatbot development and performance.
Lead
code reviews
and promote software engineering best practices.
Collaborate with global engineering teams, SREs, and conversational AI professionals.
Identify
automation opportunities
and build scalable AI workflows.
Train and improve
intent recognition models
and maintain virtual agent accuracy.
Continuously optimize and evolve production chatbot experiences.
Demonstrate and articulate the value of AI solutions via
POCs and demos
.

Primary Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in
Python development
.
Knowledge of
JavaScript, Node.js
, and relevant frameworks/libraries.
Deep understanding of
software design principles
and best practices.
Solid grasp of
NLP, Machine Learning
, and
AI concepts
.
Practical experience with
Generative AI / LLMs
, including model fine-tuning and integration.
Hands-on with
GitHub
,
Jenkins
, and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Exposure to
Agile methodologies
such as Scrum.
Proficient in
Linux environments
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred/Good to Have:

Experience with
chatbot platforms
such as Amelia, Kore.ai, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
like AWS and Azure.
Experience with
Docker
,
Kubernetes
, and DevOps workflows.
Knowledge of
sourcing, labeling
, and training data for ML models.
