Center Head Noida

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all operations of the Noida delivery center.
Oversee day-to-day activities related to
testing, auditing, and certifying
casino gaming products (online and offline).
Collaborate with global counterparts and clients to ensure compliance with gaming regulatory standards (GLI, ISO, etc.).
Hire, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, auditors, and support staff.
Drive project execution, timely delivery, and resource planning.
Ensure high standards of
quality assurance
, documentation, and reporting.
Establish KPIs and maintain dashboards for productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
Implement risk management practices and ensure business continuity.
Represent the center in client audits, regulatory reviews, and senior leadership forums.

Ideal Candidate Profile

18+ years of experience in
software delivery
,
QA
, or
certification/testing services
, preferably in gaming, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
Minimum 10–12 years in
leadership roles
managing large teams or delivery centers.
Strong knowledge of
compliance frameworks
, QA methodologies, and SDLC.
Experience working with clients in
regulated markets
(gaming, BFSI, healthcare preferred).
Exposure to
gaming standards
like GLI, ISO/IEC 17025, or responsible gaming practices is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
