Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information Record and update customer details in the system Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate as needed Maintain call logs and ensure timely follow-ups Adhere to call quality and performance standards Required Skills: Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati.
