As the NetSuite Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the end-to-end architecture of our NetSuite ERP implementation. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the architecture aligns seamlessly with the intricate business operations spanning shipping, logistics, finance, and compliance within a multi-country setting. Acting as the strategic and technical lead, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, efficient, and regionally compliant solutions. With 8 to 10 years of NetSuite experience under your belt, including hands-on involvement in architect-level implementations and integrations, you possess the expertise required for this role. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively engage with both business and technical teams. Additionally, your familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, Celigo, etc., and your track record of successfully leading multi-country or multi-entity NetSuite implementations further bolster your qualifications. In terms of technical skills, you bring a wealth of experience working with SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP). Your flexibility to travel to the Asia-Pacific region on demand is essential for this position. A solid understanding of shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics processes is highly preferred, as is experience in integrating third-party platforms like shipping documentation, port authorities, and logistics APIs. Your knowledge of data security, compliance, and localization needs across the Asia-Pacific region, coupled with your deep understanding of NetSuite ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM, further enhance your capabilities. As a NetSuite Solution Architect, your key responsibilities will include leading the architectural design and strategy for NetSuite ERP across multi-country operations. You will be instrumental in mapping business processes to NetSuite modules and custom solutions, designing and implementing custom workflows, integrations, and automations, and integrating NetSuite with various external platforms. Ensuring localization and compliance across different countries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, leading data migration efforts, and providing guidance and governance to NetSuite developers and admins are also key aspects of your role. Furthermore, managing NetSuite upgrades, sandbox testing, feature adoption, and serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on ERP-related digital transformation initiatives are integral parts of your responsibilities.
