As a SOC Shift Lead based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing the Security Command & Control Centre operations. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Security Command Centre, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all information according to quality standards and company procedures. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and operating the Security Command Centre with a focus on CCTV surveillance, access management, and tools such as Lenel. You will also support Incident Management by addressing major incidents as per the Major Incident Management process and handling lesser incidents. Monitoring the external environment, generating security reports, analyses, and advisories will be part of your duties. In emergencies, you will need to communicate effectively, analyze situations swiftly, and initiate or escalate responses as required. Additionally, staying updated with industry practices and participating in emergency preparedness exercises will be essential. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree with at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Security. Proficiency in tools like Veracity software, Ccure, Lenel, or similar is required. You should possess strong skills in producing high-quality written reports and security briefs. The ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is crucial. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI will be considered a plus. You will work with security software and hardware platforms including CCURE, Genetec, Lenel S2, Solarwinds, ExacqVision, Networking Tools, and MS Office Tools. Your tasks will involve executing and validating technical documentation, troubleshooting and configuring IP CCTV cameras (specifically AXIS Make VMS platform), and configuring Axis Cameras for stream, storage, schedule, and rules on both camera and Genetec platforms. Additionally, you will program, test, and commission physical security systems encompassing Access Control, Video Surveillance, and Intrusion Detection Systems. Preferred qualifications include experience with Genetec software platforms, 2-6 years of experience in supporting IT infrastructure focusing on Enterprise Access Control (GENETEC), Visitor Management, and Incident Management systems, a strong understanding of security hardware components, basic networking, and Windows OS knowledge. Soft skills required for this role include strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism, being a good team player, and willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.,
