Install CCTV systems, including wiring, mounting cameras, setting up DVR/NVRs, and configuring networks. Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for existing systems. Configure and maintain remote monitoring, motion detection, and system alerts. Ensure systems comply with safety standards and customer specifications. Document installations, maintenance logs, and service reports. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other technicians to complete projects on schedule. Educate customers on how to operate and monitor systems. Respond to service requests and emergency call-outs.
