Category Lead - Personal Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Category Strategy & Planning:

• Define and drive the short- and long-term strategy for the Kids' Personal Care category.
  
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
  
• Build and manage category calendar, including new launches, marketing tie-ups, and key campaigns.
  

• Assortment & Product Management:

• Curate a relevant, innovative, and profitable product assortment across skincare, haircare, hygiene, and bath essentials for kids.
  
• Regularly review and optimize the product mix based on performance and consumer insights.
  

• Vendor & Brand Management:

• Onboard and manage vendor relationships including negotiations on pricing, margins, and terms.
  
• Collaborate with national and regional brands to drive exclusive launches and in-store experiences.
  

• Sales & Performance Management:

• Track and analyze category performance against targets (revenue, margin, sell-through).
  
• Use consumer data and insights to make informed decisions and improve conversion and retention.
  

• Marketing & Promotions:

• Partner with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute category-level promotions and campaigns.
  
• Plan and manage trade promotions and seasonal campaigns to maximize ROI.
  

• In-store & Online Experience:

• Ensure seamless execution of merchandising and planograms in stores.
  
• Work closely with the e-commerce and digital teams to enhance online visibility and discoverability.
