Role & responsibilities Job Description: We are seeking a Catchpoint Scripting Developer to join our team and enhance our digital experience monitoring capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Catchpoint synthetic monitoring scripts to ensure optimal application performance, availability, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain synthetic monitoring scripts using Catchpoint to simulate end-user interactions. Implement and optimize JavaScript-based monitoring scripts to track application performance. Collaborate with DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Application Development teams to improve system reliability and user experience. Troubleshoot and debug script failures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Configure and manage Catchpoint test nodes, alerts, and dashboards for real-time performance insights. Analyze synthetic monitoring results and provide actionable insights to optimize system performance. Keep up with the latest developments in Catchpoint, web monitoring best practices, and automation technologies.
