Role & responsibilities

  • Acquiring New Clients:

    Focus on acquiring new-to-bank customers, especially HNIs, through individual efforts.
  • Selling TPP and Generating Revenue:

    Cross-sell third-party products and drive revenue generation.
  • Building CASA Book Size:

    Contribute to the growth of the bank's CASA book size.
  • Customer Engagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable products.
  • Achieving Sales Targets:

    Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by the bank.
  • Relationship Management:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term success.
  • Market Analysis:

    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
