The candidate will manage labor teams, monitor stock, and ensure smooth execution of all factory-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage factory operations on a daily basis. Handle labor workforce: attendance, performance, and work allocation. Visit and manage on-site work when required (interior/furniture installation, etc.).
