Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Baby Caretaker to provide attentive care for an infant or toddler during a 6-hour daily shift. The ideal candidate should be experienced, patient, and capable of ensuring the safety, nutrition, and overall well-being of the child. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Infant Care: Feed the baby according to scheduled timings (bottle-feeding, solid food as applicable) Change diapers, monitor hygiene, and assist with bathing as required Follow a pre-established routine for naps, meals, and playtime Safety & Supervision: Constantly supervise the child to ensure a secure environment Prepare a safe play area with age-appropriate toys and activities Monitor the child’s behavior and alert parents/guardians of any unusual changes Engagement & Development: Engage the child in stimulating activities (reading, singing, simple games) Assist in early development tasks (basic motor skills, language, social interactions) Encourage safe exploration in a structured environment Daily Routine Management: Adhere to a fixed schedule as provided by the parents Keep brief daily notes on the child’s behavior, mood, and any notable incidents Assist in light housekeeping related to baby care (e.g., cleaning up after meals and playtime)
