Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce NoBrokerHood's services.
• Understand customer needs and provide information about the benefits of our products.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for interested customers.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and customer engagement.
• Adhere to scripts and communication guidelines provided by the company.
